Our founder is a former French elite athlete, Olympic coach (4 Olympic Games), and team manager with over 25 years of international experience. He has worked with Olympic champions and led national teams from the USA, China, and Turkey.

As a young athlete, he trained and studied at a top-level multi-sport academy alongside other elite youth talents in soccer, tennis, golf, sailing, and more — a program that emphasized both athletic and academic excellence. That experience shaped his lifelong belief in developing well-rounded young people prepared for life’s next chapter.

Since then, he has guided youth athletes on paths that led to world-class universities like Stanford, MIT, Harvard, and Yale — as well as to the Olympic Games.
Now based in Miami and fluent in both French and English, our founder brings together deep personal insight with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-border development strategies. His work helps families build long-term excellence with trust, clarity, and full support.
